For the sake of finishing this project started awhile ago, I did not put the outer wood edging on it that I had originally planned. It still turned out pretty neat with the wood blocks on it though.
Well, the reason is a good one, actually a great one, I guess because of who suggested it...my wonderful sister. The reason for what? This blog, a blog that I will start posting my creations and projects on. I have a blog for my cake business but do not actually blog on it...so blogging is new to me, writting however, is not, I am almost done writting a book and have poetry in print. I welcome this new venture of sharing a bit of me with anyone who cares to join me on my journey.
As I stumble through passages I search frantically for the book I left a short time ago A misplaced book but a good book Drama, non-fiction, action, mystery The pages all worn and tattered I pause to rest from my weary search Knowing it is here, somewhere I turn to begin my hunt again A flash catches my eye There, tucked in between yesterday and tomorrowI have found it My mind turns the pages of it's memories to the next page that lays blank Waiting for me to record another fragment of my life.
